The Process of Signing on with Grand Beginnings works like this:

  • Studio Visit and Consultation for initial discussion about client vision.

  • Concept Development evolves from first meeting and may be done over the course of one or several meetings to create the concept that matches the client's vision.

  • Selection of Linens, Chair Covers, Décor Elements and flowers, offered under one roof for seamless implementation of concept for all facets of plan. Clients benefit from the skill sets of our lead floral designer who, working with the client and lead concept designer, recommends floral décor for bridal party, ceremony and reception to unite the look of all facets of the day's celebration.

  • Once Lead Designer has walked a client through the concept development stage and the client has signed off on the plan then the client becomes involved with a Team Lead. At this point the focus of the Team Lead is to field queries and address concerns that might arise from the client in lead up to the wedding day. The Team Lead has responsibility for her décor team doing the installation and removal of the décor and linens for the ceremony and reception. Team Lead will shepherd the client from this point forward through to the end of her wedding reception experience. We strive to make this process fun and stress-free.
